We were happy with this visit. Our garage broke over the weekend and we promptly got a call back first thing Monday morning and Banko worked us in. They determined a part was under warranty, so we were happy to not feel overcharged. The repairman was knowledgeable and friendly.

Absolutely fantastic service! My car got stuck in the garage because the spring in the garage door broke. They gave us the next business day appointment between 8:00 am – 12:00 pm. Mr. Bradley from Banko called 30 minutes before the appointment to confirm the exact time. He was even before the scheduled time, which was even better. My car was freed within the next 30 minutes.
