We were happy with this visit. Our garage broke over the weekend and we promptly got a call back first thing Monday morning and Banko worked us in. They determined a part was under warranty, so we were happy to not feel overcharged. The repairman was knowledgeable and friendly.

Absolutely fantastic service! My car got stuck in the garage because the spring in the garage door broke. They gave us the next business day appointment between 8:00 am – 12:00 pm. Mr. Bradley from Banko called 30 minutes before the appointment to confirm the exact time. He was even before the scheduled time, which was even better. My car was freed within the next 30 minutes. The whole service was quick, and the technician was very professional and knowledgeable. I absolutely recommend Banko and Mr. Bradley to everyone. He saved my day!

Banko is hands down the best. I have used this company when I lived in Wesley Chapel and so glad to find I could get service when I moved to Sarasota.
They replaced my spring when it broke. Installed a Liftmaster opener with outside key pad access all at reasonable prices. Today I had repair made and so happy with prompt scheduling. Our service tech was very professional and friendly. Great customer service which is a rarity these days.

From sales to installation, I couldn't have been any happier with the service from Banko Overhead Doors. After the two recent hurricanes, we felt we should upgrade our garage door to a hurricane rated door.
I called Banko, after some recommendations from friends. They sent a salesman a few days later. I told him what I wanted,nothing fancy, just a basic hurricane rated door. The salesman looked at my current door and determined my opener, which was relatively new, was OK and he didn't try to upsell me to buy a new one. I did need new rails for the heavier door. The price was fair, no hidden extra fees. Installation was scheduled a few weeks later.
I was given a call a day before the installation to remind me and the installer called when he was on his way. Everything was on schedule. Installation was done in the time frame quoted and the garage was clean, just like it was when he arrived.
If you are looking for a nice hurricane rated garage door, Banko is the place to go to!

I had the absolute pleasure of having Banko install my garage door. A garage door opener was also installed. The workers were Outstanding. The garage door is so quiet. I don’t even realize it’s opening and closing. The garage door opener that was installed is also as quiet as a mouse. I am so pleased with the professional job that was done by Banko.

My exceptional impression with Banko began with the customer service person who answered the phone. She was very helpful in providing expectations as to what the work would cost. She explained that the technician would arrive in a company van with ID and materials to complete the work should I choose to have it done. She also volunteered there would be no service charge for coming out to provide an estimate only. Our technician, Shane, called to notify us 20 minutes before arrival. He looked things over and confirmed the telephone estimate and work to be done. He was pleasant, professional, and worked quickly to complete the job. We are very pleased with every phase of service and with the reasonable cost of repairs Banko provided. Banko earned an excellent 5-star review.

We had trouble with our 13 year old garage door opener we got from Banko. The repair cost to the point where it was time for a new opener. We purchased the new opener and key pad at a great price. Our repairman Gama was great and had everything we needed and did everything in about one hour. The new opener is so quiet we just love it. Thank you Banko call you if we ever need service 😃👍

Ryan contacted me 30 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive which showed that he valued my time. Once Ryan was here, he immediately greeted me making me feel valued as a customer. He quickly diagnosed a problem and he came equipped with all the parts he needed to replace my unit. He immediately realize that the garage did not have any GFIC outlets as required by Florida law, those in a position of authority at Banko Garage Doors can sleep well that Ryan is the face of your company Ryan went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the job was done in an effective & Efficient manner

The appointment was scheduled between the timeframe of 8am-12pm, however, tech showed up at 1pm without calling to warn they were running late. Kind of pointless in offering a timeframe if not sticking with it. Additionally, even though there is a pandemic he wasn't wearing a mask. Other than that, the job was done quickly and the tech was professional. Edit: After posting this review I was contacted by the company with an apology for the tardiness and mask guidelines. I'm impressed by how they took ownership of the issue and addressed it. It's small things like this that show a company cares. I'm adjusting my review to reflect my view on the company as a whole.

Anthony gave us great service on replacing our broken chain. He was very efficient, kind, personable, professional and an all around great employee. I would definitely recommend Anthony to install any garage doors. Anthony took the time to explain everything to us and make sure that we had all our questions answered. Also, the price was right for the work that we had done.

Fantastic experience! Fast availability and fixed our problem that day without over charging. Another company wanted to charge over 1,000 and basically lied to me about the problems. Dan was friendly and efficient. Could not be happier!

Your employee in his truck was driving erratically along 38th street in St Petersburg yesterday. He was drunk. I saw him drinking a Coors Light Beer while swerving between lanes. He almost hit an elderly woman in her car. I got my video camera out to film your driver and he started yelling profanity out his window at me while screaming Anti Trump politics. Yelling to me to pull over to fight him. I was scared. I am contacting a lawyer & fully expect to file a lawsuit against this driver & your company. He put lives in danger.

Tech was on time and called about 20 minutes before arrival. 15-20 minutes later door was running smoothly and now I can relax and not worry about a breakdown or jam. Very nice young man. Efficient and courteous!

Banko is an awesome company! We just had them come out to replace a spring and install the new Liftmaster WLED operator. Gene and Jeff did a fantastic job. They were speedy and cleaned up after themselves. Our garage door works great now!!! Highly recommended them. 5 Stars! Great job guys!!!

Our old garage door opener died on a Monday afternoon and Mike replaced it before noon on Tuesday!! Great service, very professional and the new unit is much better than the old one. Price was excellent. I highly recommend Banko Overhead Doors!
